Prior to becoming the CEO of American Rescue Associates, Jennifer held lead communications and public policy roles professional with agency, corporate, governmental, and non-profit organizations. Prior clients included: Habitat for Humanity, the Pew Center for the States, Save the Children, and the United States Department of Agriculture.
She began her professional career working at Young and Rubicam advertising agency in Chicago, and later served as New Mexico Governor Richardson’s Public Information Officer for the 89 school districts managed by the New Mexico Public Education Department. In 2020, Jennifer formed Vacmobile™ and filed for a patent for her innovative suite of vaccination and other digital medical records technologies. American Rescue Associates is a developer of globally scalable solutions to securely authenticate and manage digital immunization and other health records. American Rescue Associates is digitally enabling best practices to streamline the management of health regulatory requirements and developing health security best practices as well as developing innovative new approaches to improve emergency preparedness and response.
